I grew up in my father's appliance sales and service business, becoming his service technicians' helper at the age of 12.

Since then, I have worked for several appliance manufacturers and Atlanta Gas Light Company. I was responsible for training service technicians, providing customer support, and resolving difficult product issues.

After over 20 years of traveling, I reopened Rape Appliance Company to concentrate on customer service and appliance repairs in the metro Atlanta area.

To increase product knowledge, I participate in factory and online training opportunities.
